My name is Karen Murri and I'm a technical writer. I'm currently employed by Wells Fargo, supporting the Retirement Plan Services group. Mostly I work with my clients to write procedures and references. I also consult with my clients on most anything that relates to performance improvement.

I specialize in consulting on performance support needs, especially as they relate to procedure and process documentation. I'm skilled at facilitating best practice discovery and in designing performance support solutions that are sharply focused on usabilty, functionality, and readability, all based on the audience's abilities and needs.

I have over 10 years experience in documentation consulting, technical writing, editing, and instructional design. I've completed projects for General Mills, Starbucks, 3M, Cardinal Health, Minute Maid, Miller Brewing, and many others. I usually have a lot of fun doing it, too.

I'm a word nerd - I fill my spare time with reading, crossword puzzles, and other word games. As if that's not nerdy enough, I'm also an avid birdwatcher.
